Customers who pay for Superfast delivery service, will qualify for next day delivery, on orders received before 2.30pm, weekdays Monday to Thursday only. Please enquire within for Saturday delivery prior to purchase CANCELLATION POLICY Orders not dispatched can be cancelled and full refunds provided. Where orders have been dispatched please refer to the returns policy below. The Company reserves the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred on cancelled orders / returned, unwanted goods and will incur a 10% re-stocking fee RETURNS POLICY All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase email us email us @ info@upper-mills.co.uk for a returns number and simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund (p&p costs are non-refundable). Returned goods must be unused, as new, in original packaging and must be received by us within 14 days of receipt otherwise upper-mills.co.uk reserves the right to return the goods Faulty or broken goods damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and will be replaced or refunded if stock is not available All claims for delivery shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt SECURITY We use industry standard practice including 'firewalls' and secure socket layers to ensure that personal information is not unlawfully processed. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorised access. Although no information transferred over the internet can be completely secure, we use 128-bit encryption to maximise security.
