Cancellation Policy
Orders not dispatched can be cancelled and full refunds given. Where orders have been dispatched please refer to the returns policy below.
Returns Policy
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund (p&p costs are non-refundable).
- Returned goods must be unused, as new, in original packaging and must be received by us within 14 days of receipt otherwise upper-mills.co.uk reserves the right to return the goods
- Faulty or broken goods damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt
- All claims for delivery shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt
